Send Your Device to Us

When sending your device for data recovery, please do the following:

1. Complete and sign our data recovery forms.

2. Include the signed forms and photo copy of I.D. of the signatory(ies)

3. If your data loss situation is cause by the following, please call us first:

  • deleted or formatted
  • tampered or physically opened hard drive
  • raid storage

4. Packed your device properly.

5. When using grab or similar transportation service, provide us the tracking number via SMS  at  (0920-9526041) or email recovery@trionyx.ph.

You can bring your device to:

Please use “831-A” as waypoint.

Under Contact Details, Indicate “Trionyx, room 407 as the destination. Enter 0920-9526041 as mobile phone contact number.

Under Delivery Instructions, indicate “corner of Scout Albano and EDSA, in-front of Yokohama”. 

Once the device has been pick up by the courier, please send us a text message us.

We will send you acknowledgment email once we have received your device(s).
